Q:  A new egress was added to my organization, do I get access to that in Collector?




A:  When a new egress is added to the list of available egress a user has access to, if the user is currently using Collector, a restart of Collector is required for this change to cascade into the user interface for the customer. If the user does not have Collector open, the updated egress list should show the new egress when they open a new Collector session.
