If your organization uses SAML (Secure Assertion Markup Language) to authenticate your SSO (Single Sign-On), then a valid signature is required to authenticate the user to Silo.
Please first try to restart Silo to eliminate the possibility of this being an isolated incident. If this problem persists, please contact your Silo administrator. Administrators should reach out to Support if they are having issues resolving this SAML signature issue.
