- Two finger tap to show or hide the keyboard
- Two finger swipe for page manipulation
Up -> Open new page
Down -> Close page
Left -> Back, previous page
Right -> Forward, next page

One finger hold-drag to drag
One finger tap-hold to bring up context menu
