The Silo platform automatically sets a temporary one-time-use password for all new accounts at the time of account creation. In order for the user to access the application, their Administrator will need to provide them the temporary one-time-use password.
- Open the Admin Console
- Under Users & Orgs section, click the Manage button
From the User List, find the user and double-click their record to display the User Details window in the right side window.
4. Copy the Temporary Password and provide it to the user in a secure manner.
The temporary Password is never emailed to the user. An administrator will be required to provide the temporary password from the Silo admin console to them to access their account.
When accessing the application for the first time, the user will enter the temporary password and then be prompted to create their own numeric PIN for subsequent access to the application.
