If you are receiving an error for Authentic8 client files being missing or corrupted it could mean that your organization is blocking certain key files in your download and preventing the program from being able to run on your machine. This could also mean that somewhere in the installation process, something went wrong that caused a critical program file to be missing.
A good resolution for this issue is to uninstall and then reinstall Authentic8 Silo. If this does not work and you do not believe you are having download constraints put on your machine by your organization, please contact Support . If you are having download constraints enforced on your machine, please refer to your local IT helpdesk.
