Introduction
Only a Silo Administrator with Users permission (or higher) has the authority to reset a PIN for a respective Silo account

Steps
1. Launch the Silo Admin Console and click Manage under Users & Orgs
2. From the User List, double-click the Silo account in question, or select the checkbox next to the account's name
3. Click the More drop-down, then select Reset Password
4. Click Confirm
6. Double-click on the Silo account again from the User List to display the Details pane on the right hand side
7. Copy the Temporary Password and share it with the end-user
Important
Please instruct the end-user to log in, as they will need to complete a series of prompts in order to complete the PIN reset process
