Silo Marketplace is now available to all Silo Workspace users. Discover, install, and manage investigation-focused browser extensions, Linux applications, and workflow automation tools directly from within your Silo environment—no manual installation or IT tickets required.
Key capabilities:
- Browse curated investigation tools
- One-click installation
- Admin approval workflows — Administrators can enable pre-approved tools for teams or require case-by-case approval for new installations
Marketplace Admin Controls
Administrators now have granular control over which Marketplace tools teams can access:
- Organization-wide allow lists — Pre-approve specific tools for all users or specific sub-organizations
- Request and approval workflows — Users can request tools; admins review and approve/deny with audit trail
- Tool blocking — Explicitly block specific tools to prevent installation across the organization
- License management — Track tool usage, monitor licenses, and receive alerts when seats are consumed
- Audit logging — Full visibility into which tools were installed, by whom, when, and on which workspaces
