Registry Update

• Keep HKLM as primary root 
• Add DefaultSni in HKLM only (default value: authentic8.com)
• Certificate Verification: With [VerifyPeerCertificate] enabled, all entries in a8-all-cert.crt are verified for a matching certificate as presented by the A8 server.
