Dear Customers,
Starting January 1, 2021 we will be ending support for Silo clients that are over 2 years old.
This deprecation will include the following client versions:
Mac client versions 3.8 and older
Windows client versions 2.9.11 and older
iPad client versions 3.7.0 and older
Linux - all clients including the most recent version 1.1.3. We will no longer support any Linux clients
Note: iPad client version 3.7.1 will still be supported.
All deprecated Silo clients will still have access to the platform until April 1st, 2021. This is a grace period for customers who have not upgraded older versions to the newer version.
Authentic8 always recommends keeping the installed Silo application updated to the newest version available.
Important: On April 1st, 2021, you will not be able to log in to Silo if you use a deprecated Silo client. You will be prompted to upgrade to a newer version.
