Introduction
As part of the Silo for Research security feature, when using a Toolbox instance, end-users are prohibited from downloading files directly to their local machine. Instead, end-users will first need to save the files into Cloud Secure Storage, and then download the target file from the Silo for Safe Access browser window over to the local machine
Saving To Cloud Secure Storage
Downloading content from the Silo for Research (Toolbox) environment involves multiple steps due to the Cloud Secure Storage being restricted from downloading directly over to the local machine
Select a folder path to save the file(s) to in the Cloud Secure Storage. The storage options are based on what's been provisioned by the Silo Administrator(s)

Local Machine Download
1. Minimize the Toolbox browser window, and navigate to the main Silo for Safe Access browser window — the one used to launch the Toolbox shortcut
2. Click on the Silo Drive Icon from the Toolbar section, then click Silo Drive
The Cloud Secure Storage will open in a New Tab
3. Navigate to the target file, then click Download

4. The Save File dialog will be presented — browse to the local machine folder you wish to save the file to, then click Save

Toolbox Upload
Similar to file download, Toolbox upload will need to be made via the Silo for Safe Access environment before it can be accessed in Toolbox
1. Within the Silo for Safe Access browser environment, click the Silo Drive icon from the Toolbar section
2. Click Upload

4. Once the upload has completed, the file will not be visible in the Cloud Secure Storage, both in Toolbox and Silo for Safe Access
