An Idle Timeout (Your Silo session has timed out.) message is displayed when no activity has been detected after a certain period of time


Session Timeout Control

  • Launch the Silo Admin Console
  • Click Manage right below Policies, then navigate to Advanced > Session Limits > Edit
  • Set the desired timeout duration (up to 4 hours)
  • Click Save and start a new Silo session in order for the new timeout settings to take effect
