For Windows client versions 2.9.14 and later, the logs are given the following filename pattern:session-2020-09-09-wed-00-00-00.log. 

macOS

~/Library/Logs/com.authentic8.launcher.log

For macOS client versions 3.10.0 and later, the logs are given the following filename pattern: com.authentic8.launcher2020-09-11_10-00-00.log.
