Introduction
The User Limits feature enable Silo Administrators to set hard limits on the number of available Silo accounts that can be provisioned at the parent-level organization, including the sub-org containers nested beneath the top-level. This functionality is designed to help Silo Administrators from exceeding their contracted Silo licenses.
Steps to Set User Limits
- Access the User Limits Settings
- Navigate to the top-level organization you wish to manage in the Silo Admin Console
- Click [Manage] Policies > Advanced > User Limits > Edit

2. Set Max Users for the Top-level Organization
- Enter the maximum number of users for the following fields:
- Max Users at Current Org and below
- Max Users at Current Org
- Click Save to apply any changes
3. Configure User Limits for Sub-orgs
- Navigate to the sub-org you wish to control and set the desired limits as needed
- Click Save to apply any changes
4. Review Overall User Limits
- Navigate to the top-level organization in the Silo Admin Console to view a summary of both User Limits and User count
