Action Required: Customers need to confirm their SSL inspection whitelist contains the new Authentic8 registered CIDR blocks.

Authentic8 announces the expansion of our Global Data Center to better support customers worldwide. Soon new regional data centers will be available in Frankfurt, Seoul, Dallas, New York City, and Atlanta. Customers using Silo and Toolbox will access Silo App Servers which are closest to them.

Expanded Global Customer Access to Regional Data Centers

Customers around the globe have access to Silo App Servers in the United States (Ashburn, Phoenix), Europe (Amsterdam), Asia (Singapore, Tokyo) and ANZ (Sydney). Silo provides customers control of end-user connections through policy controls, including Quick Host, geolocation, and manual settings.

Proven Scalability

Initial sizing of the Silo App Servers in the new locations are to support customer subscriptions. Silo App Servers auto scale using features already in use at other Authentic8 data centers.

Customers who utilize a firewall to limit outbound traffic, or those customers who use SSL inspection/decryption, must whitelist the new IPs regardless of end-user connection policy. Follow the directions on the Authentic8 Support Portal in the FAQ documentation “Details About Firewall Rules Needed for Silo Access”.
