Silo will “hang” on the “Loading Secure Remote Browser” page if an audio device is not responding. To remediate this issue, please disconnect and reconnect any audio device you have connected to your computer, then try to reload Silo. 

For users with a Bloomberg keyboard attached to their computer, please disconnect and reconnect the audio device connected to the keyboard or disconnect and reconnect the Bloomberg keyboard.
