For PIN reset or (Suspended) account activation, please reach out to your organization’s Silo Administrator for general help. Due to Security and Privacy reasons, Authentic8 does not administer user account changes on behalf of our customers.
The only exception to this policy is if you are the last remaining Silo Administrator for your organization.

For Deleted Accounts, please note that we may not have any records of affiliation with an existing Silo organization. We recommend contacting your organization’s I.T. Help Desk team, or refer to the party who originally granted you access to Silo.
