To update payment information such as changing billing details (credit card, billing address) or switching service plans, simply go to the User Settings panel in Silo.

1. Login to Silo, click on the Menu icon below the Silo logo upper top left
2. Click on User Settings -> Payment tab to update your information



To cancel your account please follow these steps:

  1. Click the User Profile shortcut at the top right-hand corner of the screen image
  2. Click the User Profile button image
  3. Then click Payments and follow the steps in the menu to cancel your account image

Your subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period.
